Based on the ArticlesBase article submission, the article was approved about 2 hours ago!

Very nice

Article submitted Thursday May 15, 2008, that's roughly less than 2 days for approval.

Does the approved article push keyword rank? Dofollow?

Based on the 2 links submitted, 1 in the content and the other in the author box, both have 'no-follows'. This is a bit of a bummer.

No worries, at times other sites pick up these articles and publish them on their site.

Current Google search shows nothing. (Way too early!)

There is a theory out there that the 'no-follow' has no bearing on whether a link will is worth something or not.

EzineArticles Submission

Today we submit the same article written yesterday with modifications to EzineArticles.

Yesterday we submitted to ArticleBase, but we have not heard back from them. Which is absolutely fine.

Article Writing Tip: Do not wait for articles to be approved, move on, submit to others, keep yourself busy!!!

Sometimes article approvals take days if not weeks depending on the website.

Believe it or not, as big as EzineArticles is, the page is still indexed! Very nice.

Well, as of this date, 16 May 2008, Google has over 1.5M+ pages indexed. Very wild!

The admin section for EzineArticles is really simple to use. You'll see articles waiting to be approved and articles that are already approved.

Posting and submitting a new articles is too simple. There are sound bites to help you along the way if have any trouble. Preview is available and there is nothing complicated about using this system.

ArticlesBase is a highly reputable article website with over a half a million web pages indexed in Google.

Do you want to be included in this directory - heck yes!

Their website is visually appealing, has many categories to submit articles to, offers a nice clean editor to work with and has additional features such as RSS feeds and more.

Today we submitted an article to their directory (340 words in length).
